1757 December 14 (Wednesday).  Visit Capt. Wood’s Wife in her Lameness — his Mother there.  N.B. first wore a new, clipped Wigg, lately received from Mr. George Crossman of Hopkinton.  Dined at Mr. Beetons.  Reckoned with Widow Ruhamah Newton and with her son Barnabas.
