Omitted reading the Chapter in form, but gave an Account of it in way of Expository Notes and Reflections. Administered the Lord’s Supper. Mrs. Maynard dined with us. P.M. read Luk. 2 to v. 25 and preached on Ps. 57.7. In the Eve read a Part of Mr. Bolton to my Family, viz. from Sect. 3, part 1, Ch. 1 into Ch. 2.
