1728 March 25 (Monday). Mr. Coolidge and I rode to Marlborough. Upon the Road he gave me some account of the Sin and Misfortunes of Mr. Samuel Jeffords[1] at Wells. I lodg’d at Mr. Brecks.[2] I took advice of Mr. Breck touching our Affairs at Westborough.
