1739 June 30 (Saturday).  Mr. Pomroy[1] of New Haven came.  He had been at Boston and Lancaster.  Mr. White Studying a Sermon.  Mr. Earl return’d to Boston.  He carry’d Molly in his Chair.  P.M. I rak’d and pol’d Hay.  Mrs. [sic] Pomroy assisted me.  At Evening Mr. John Jarvis came.  N.B. Mr. John Rogers mowed for me the Square piece next above the Barn.
