1775 May 7 (Sunday). I preached on Heb. 12.2 and administered the Lords Supper. Capt. Brigham and Mr. Tainter were at Meeting but went out. Mr. Batheric not at meeting a.m. but came P.M. So did Mr. Daniel Forbes (he comes from Shrewsbury). Was at Meeting P.M. Mrs. Maynard dines here, as does Crosby (from College). P.M. I went on with the Repetition of Sermon on Gal. 1.3.
