Mr. Forbush being here to preach for me, and Mr. Cushings people to be destitute, I rode to Shrewsbury, notifying as I went along — and preached there, a.m. on Prov. 1.28, p.m. on Ps. 20.7. N.B. Capt. Curtis and Wife from Worcester. I returned at Eve. Called at Capt. Nat. Allens, his wife being at Boston. Mr. Forb. preached at Westborough on Isa. 26.20 a. and p.m.
