1756 October 1 (Friday).  Have great pain Still in my right Shoulder, Arm and Hand, especially in the Nights.  Hope that Sophia is comfortable since I hear Nothing from thence.  Visit at Ebenezer Forb.  Mr. J. Rogers, who is very low.
