I went to Mr. James Balls to look of an Heiffer (which I bought) his price and which I agreed to was 20£ old Tenor. N.B. David Bates, an Young Man, there, who was bit by a Rattle snake last Tuesday. I was at Mr. Billings’s[1] and at Mr. Asa Bowkers where was Mr. Cushing. Return’d at Evening.
