Din’d at Mrs. Thomas Hubbards. Mr. Niles, Mr. Webb, Captain Dupre and others din’d also. N.B. My Kinsman at Dr. Delhonds but is not well contented there. At Mrs. Thomas Stoddards and paid her about 12 pounds old Tenor. Return’d to Cambridge at Eve. N.B. Roxbury illuminated. Colleges illumin’d. Bonfire. Bell ringing, Drum beating, etc. most of the Night.
