1740 April 24 (Thursday). Very Dry windy weather. Ebenezer Rode to Mr. Robert Allen’s, at Shrewsbury and got my Mare New Shod. Nigh to Evening came Mr. John Henry Lydius from Boston, upon his return to Albany, and lodg’d here.
